HI Doctor i am 29years old and not married. was diagnosed with USS shows bulky uterus with AP Diameter of 6.4cm. the echo pattern is heterogenous.the myometrium expanded by multiple solid tissue masses with mixed echo textures and AP diameter range of 2.1cm to 4.2cm located intramural , submucous and subserous in the anterior, fundal, posterior walls and within the body of uterus adneaxae and pouch of douglas are partially obliterated by the uterine bulk.what do i do
